As a seasoned consultant with 20 years in the IT field, Zelma has 16 years of expertise as a Senior Business Analyst, specializing in writing requirements for software and web development. Her career also includes roles as a software tester, project manager/scrum master, and configuration management analyst.

Zelma holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and holds  several certifications, including:

- Agile Project Management

- SAFe for Teams 6.0

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
